The window design studio responded very quickly to an issue cause to a vertical blind by an unknowing friend. The blind was replaced without question. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with the design studio for any window covering projects.

I had some blinds that I inexpertly installed over 20 years ago that were looking pretty bad. I happened to see a Thumbtack commercial and thought this is my chance to fix up those blinds. Michelle at Window Design Studio replied right away and gave me a reasonable price- a few weeks later the eyesore is gone and my beautiful new blinds are installed in their place. I'm impressed by the amazing work done by the Window Design Studio. The windows in my house are not rectangular and the window frames are not perfectly aligning with the horizontal lines due to the age of the house. They managed to measure the dimensions accurately and provided a great solution. Loving my new customized shutters!Also while installing the originally ordered shutters, they noticed that I have some extra handyman work needed outside of the original request, they kindly offered to help me finish those extra installations and saved me so much time. Really appreciate their help and quality of service and I would not hesitate to use their service again for future needs.
